SO drop some knowledge on a brada. What kinda stuff you eat and stuff, im triyng to plan out my "diet" for lack of a better word.

i avoid processed foods.

Nowadays I make my own shakes - almond butter, honey, egg whites, ginger, banana, flax seed oil. Used to throw in oats for extra calories.

I have a good salad everyday - pear, avocado, mango, mixed greens, lettuce, sprouts, black radish.

Chicken breast

Couple glasses of milk.

When i'm hardcore bulking, I get about 4000 - 4500 calories - right now trying to maintain my weight @ 160 pounds, so i'm not eating as much.

Key is to be consistent - i've stuck to a disciplined diet and training regime for the last 2.5 years, and reaped the benefits. Got the muscle, now i want the fitness.
