same here and besides, when xp came out every one thought you couldn't warez it because you had to call MS. Few days later people found a work around and just warezed the Corp version. No, that information is stored on the tracker. What your ISP sees is just a binary stream of data. Which they could scan for illegal content, but that holds true for other P2P networks as well, and they don't really care anyway.
