earth will have been wrapped in an impervious superdome of nanocarbon and steered by fusion engines to orbit jupiter, which by then will have been terraformed into a new sun, like in 2010

We would have to drive a train with a drill on the front into the core of the Earth, then detonate several nuclear warheads to restart the core.

At least they're using the Rover for scientific things instead of dicking around on another planet. I bet they're busy drawing penis pictures in the sand right now.
