we often don't know who we really are until we're put into an extreme situation. Shane now knows that he's a selfish murderous coward.
or; he let a fat man die to save his best friend's and the woman he thinks he loves' sprog who was shot by said fat man. cunt to some sure, hero to others though. kid wouldda died yo.
I don't think he'd've hated himself that much if it was solely for the kid's sake. I think he'd've done the same even if there was no kid's life on the line. That's why he was so shaken up after the ordeal. He knows that he just didn't want to die and he hates himself for the coward he is.

Not talking action per se, just miffed at the shoddy soap opera style dialogues in epi's 2 and 3.

Last ep was shite. This show is boring. There are almost no zombies, it's just mushy soap opera shit. Next show plz.

Those comments are all about the one before that Jules

Also you're wrong, it's still boring as hell. I don't even know why i'm still watching it anymore, they need to hire some better writers quick or this show is doomed.

aye - haven't seen it for a while and just caught up on the last few episodes.
might be biased/expecting too much as a fan of the comic book, but to me it seems like this show is boring and all the female characters are rubbish.

oh, i know - i've been keeping up with this thread. And I see everyone bashing the show because they want more zombies and action, and then something special happens last night that couldn't have happened without the "slow" part.

That's the thing will these slow paced shows. They can be incredibly boring for a few episodes, seemingly going nowhere and then you get a mid-season finale with a twist of that calibre and it makes it all worth it. Almost. Anyway, props to the producers and network for having the balls to do something like that

This show is officially great again. Shame we have to wait until February now for it to restart (and no doubt go through the same drip-feeding process again, heh)

Because it represents a large danger to everyone and a waste of resources. The group knew what the zombies really were. That they had killed everyone and everything. That they were undead and would never stop killing. I'd be pissed off at that level of stupidity too.

Here's the funny thing. The old guy was perfectly willing to keep a bunch of zombies safe and fed inside his barn for an unknown period of time. But fuck those new people!
