Conservative.

Solely on the reason of trying to kick labour out. Regardless of how flawed the strategy may be.

Otherwise, would have been Lib Dem. I'm a student, it's practically compulsory :)

I would have voted for the independent in my area but I never bothered sorting out the postal vote, as long as Conservatives don't get in (there's no BNP presense so they're not to be worried about) then it's all dandy, my place is the safest Labour seat in Wales, 60% majority, Peter Law might get in though so that would be interesting.

I've been in uni all day, and just got home. I was going to vote labour or lib dem, but i'm sat down in my chair, and can't be bothered moving.

The county has always been owned by Labour, the new bitch standing for them hasnt been aound our place for years. Peter Law lives in the heart of our community and is not afraid to speak his mind, thats one of the reasons why he was gonna be slung out of Labour until he left.
Power to the Welshys!!

Edit: Or I could vote chunk also. How about free admission & beer in all clubs in Newport?
I saw a Newsnight segment on that. Hope the guy wins.

Well you know its deifferent here. We have two to vote on. One for the main westminister elections, and one for the local councils. I voted an independent for the westminister one, Deeny who was a doctor and is running on saving my local hospital from closing.
For the council ones I voted SDLP and UUP. They are the only fuckers out of the lot who are cross community.

The only interesting thing about this election will be the size of the turnout. If it's down around 50% I'm gonna laugh my arse off.

Oh, and this goes out to 'tactical' voters: one of the reasons politics is so stagnant in this country is because of you fuckers playing off one faction of the ruling Liberal ConLabourtives Party against the other every election, so we end up with a revolving door of the same old cunts. If other parties got a decent look-in, i.e. you cut this tactical voting bullshit - maybe there'd be some political change (and hence political life) to this place.

There is no such thing as a tactical voter. Its a spinned ruse used by parties (time time round Labour) to try to explain away their fuck ups and scare people not to vote for the other parties.

The tories are getting raped hard. In fact, they're currently in third place. Its game over already.

But most of the seats that have come in already were 'deffinate labour' seats.

According to ITV at the moment labour have 66, Cons 3 and Lib Dems 4.

It would be so much easier if they had computer based voting; no need to count by hand then, and it would all be over within a few minutes >:E

No its not. Its just that the Labour SAFEEST places are being called first. The ones they already hold. Wait until the ones with slim majorities come in. The tories and lib dems are going to be fucking laughing later on.

ITV are just calling them on the mearest rumour.
ITV are retarded.
Watch the BBC one instead.
They are funnier for one thing.

Well, I did my bit and voted Lib Dem. For all the good it did I may as well have stayed at home and played Daikatana.

Or I could move to North East Fife.
