ppl, quit crying about the CA mod. it is a pure adrenaline, skill+team conscious mod. sure it takes away part of the strategy of controlling a map and its resources, but in spirit of Quake I think it's one of its purest forms.

pfft. the great thing about Q3 was instant respawn and get back in the action when you get fragged, giving everyone equal play time; as opposed to the extreme faggotry that is CS, where every map is dominated by sexless neckbeards who spend every waking moment practising, while non-virgins end up spectating most of the time

CA just brings the never-had-pussy-since-pussy-had-u gayness of CS into the manly, equalitarian domain of Q3

in FFA, lack of skill still leaves you at the bottom of the table where you belong. difference is, you get to play the full time, hence have more fun (and more practice, more to the point)

that's not really an argument against the mod..just your skill level...which could be remedied by joining the right server. sure, it doesn't restrict better players from joining but that's another topic.Your argument could be applied to any game, sport, anything.
In any case, I find CA has the right amount of skill, gameplay and strategy for what it is. and appart from ffa which is a complete circus, CA is the only mod that can be enjoyed in a pub. server. All the team has to do is stick together and don't alienate the rest of the team. Compare that with having to be mindful of amo/health/armor resources, and balanced defense/offense in ctf.
