On a positive note, I did have several students tell me that my class has completely changed their perspective on the universe, nature, and their place in it - so that its always good.
whatever man, don't let the religious children get to you. trust me, they're a lost cause. i think that this is usually because an apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
if i were u i'd just ignore occurrences like that and focus on students that want straight facts instead of believing in some hokum that their parents have been telling them since they were born.

i love my job but i not learning or doing anything new.
