This energy bill is just like the recently signed personal bankruptcy law, which was a direct result of six years of credit card company lobbying. Screw private citizens and give tax breaks and incentives to big business.
EDIT: Hmm, what would happen if you actually did that? Would you get arrested? Constitution says you can, right?
