It's called the One Drop Rule. And what matters is what community she's part of. If she was raised around black people and told she was black and treated like she was black, then she's black, no matter how much of a hexaroon she might be. :P

You can be a member of an oppressed class and not be a moron. She fails. There's no reason to spout bullshit like this, and quite frankly I think it greatly undermines the credibility of more important racial issues.
