I'm not usually one to complain about length of single player game, but 5 hours? That's pushing it a bit. The Half Life episodes were longer...

If you buy this game for the SP you're in dire need of a CAT scan, doc.

I tend to play all the way through SP before even trying MP on all games like this. So far the SP for this game kicks ass.

I rented Medal of Honor AA the other day. What a clusterfuck that game is. Why don't all devs hold themselves to a standard of games like this before they put out their product? Even a WW2 game, which has been done to death, can still be great...I'll never get how some things make it past the playtesters and out into the final released game.

Doing the rescue the war pig mission thing right now...that firefight/ambush is one of the best I've ever seen in a game...incredible shit with the full surround sound going.

I wish, though, that you could turn the music off and just have game sounds. Someone told me about a way to do that with games like that by pausing the audio track or something? I think it had to do with getting rid of the music during the halo3 gameplay.

Anyone have an idea?

playe cod4 since i got it after work. i'm at least half way and possibly 3/4 of the way through single player. played a shitload of MP tonight and hit level 19 if i remember correctly. i havn't had a gaming experience like this since goldeneye for the n64. normally i'll play through single player once and never touch it again but this game makes me wanna keep doing the same missions over and over again. the leveling in multi is top notch too. it's always a rush when you manage to level up two ranks in a match hah
