you mean seeing them both working, reading endless documents about both TVs, spending a few hours watching HD, SD and DVDs on both TVs and asking people who bought both isn't a good way of making an informed choice?

fair enough you're suggesting a teli, but perhaps linking to a certain model instead of an entire line that composes of both flat panels, rp's, and fp's would be helpful for the OP.

i'm sugesting he spec all models and select what he wants.

for example some people doent like an overly contrasty pic.

especially if it twice as contrasty as the original source media.

he's asking for suggestions. telling him to "look at all models and select what you want" is a given, but he's obviously curious as to what forum users think are good sets or he wouldn't have started this thread. pretty simple, really.
