lol, you know what i meant- by her saying she would kill Mr. Schivo if Terri died, and then Terri died, Mr. Schivo would naturally worry for his safety and her threat could be construed as a true thread.

No, I'm saying that you'd need a proper assessment of what constitutes a threat rather than this extremely superficial view (I do a lot of psych work in my job)

oh of course of course, i was just running through why she COULD be put up on charges (and why she was arrested). it was not meant as an analysis of her guilt, obviously that entails many more factors than the few i detailed out above. that was just the particular ruling of the case that has some relevance to the decision that will be made concerning this woman

It's called sweat shop competition in countries without the same regulations and judicial system as America. You can't pay someone $0.50 an hour in America, but China does it and Wal-Mart pays them.
