That's pretty much one of the old CS Maps straight-to-screen.
There was this screenshot from an APC (maybe the one you linked there, I can't remember) in the "coming soon" section of the HL1 manual on the CD.
It was actually original back then, having drivable vehicles in a multiplayer game.

Looks really cool in my opinion. My only worry is that the gameplay will be the sterile, watered down thing that TFC became after Valve finally nerfed bunnyhopping.

It was nerfed becasue it didn't quit the kind of game they wanted, a realistic style fight... Now think about it, your playing mini figures... Its hardly realistic. Maybe thats a GOOD thing?
