I've lost 20 to 25lbs and still going. I got up to 225-230 at one point and had to put the brakes on. Now I'm sitting at 6'2", 205lbs. If I could get down to 190 or so, I'd be happy. I really need to develop and maintain some kind of workout regiment too.

BTW, good job on the weight loss phantasmagoria.

Nice man, reminds me of one of my friends who went vegan. All his life he was overwieght, then he went vegan and excercised. Now he's skinny, and its easy to understand why when you see the shit he's subjected himself too.

i'm currently the heaviest i've ever weighed in my life - bout 172 pounds. Also at the strongest i've been.

not bad considering i started at 120 pounds while i was in my mid 20's

gonna keep going on the bulking and then take my time cutting during summer.
