you might, but i think you need a dark color in there. I'd have to see it to be have any opinion, though. This is the part I hate about web design.. moving color and text sizes around

You could say the image you plagiarized from brisk that I plagiarized from you

It's done that before.. dunno why. It might have something to do with the quick reply because everytime it's happened to me, i've used the QR

Hmmmm, yeah possibly, no idea why that would be any different to the standard reply form but then I've never looked at the phpBB forums. Strange.

You should have a close up shot of a record and use that.

Those are better colours I think.
i like these colors, but I like the other logo more
Yes, I have to agree with Dave.
I like the new turquoise design over the old white one in any case.

i think the header is too bulky. you wont see any content on an 800x600 resolution. (youd be suprised how many people still use that res). adding the logo to the header img might help, as well as reducing the height of the headerimg a bit. it may look nice but its not very functional. its a bit like Duplo

I like it, its pretty simple and clean. But then again I am on a pretty high resolution.

Oh, I should have mentioned that all those header images were just placeholders until I photograph the real ones heh. But I may keep a few of em depending on reaction.
MKJ: Read up, thats already discussed and will be sorted
But cheers for the feedback guys. Its helped a lot.

how about making buttons and text links alter on mouse over? I'd like to see that an how about a date of last update?

They will eventually. As I say, the header will be converted to flash and everything will animate nicely.
Date of last update? The news script already has that.

i say give them what they want , even if its dated (to you and i).
the new colour set looks awfully close to apples' old bondi blue sceme.
i prefer the lavender tho
But No1 priority is the client and intuitiveness is where its at, they told you what they like.
the thing that i see with your bondi'ish set is each tone looks a little muddier then it should.
apple prolly spent alot of effort with that color set to be absolutly sure people would feel a certain feeling when seeing it.
jus my opinion , jus sayin

your current adspace is an arbitrary 151x151px. best resize it to a widely used size. helps getting advertisers.
see doubleclick for common dimensions :A
