I'd say green because even if she is wearing contacts, they're transparent. I've had color contacts before and they're rubbish. The aperture of a color contact doesn't change. She isn't wearing color contacts because if you compare the two images, in the first one the aperture of the eye is large and in the second one the aperture is small, but they're still green.

I don't know...I think she looks pretty hot with the piercings. As long as it's not over done, but I think that looks good. Otherwise she'd look like any other girl. I think this adds to her hotness.
Although I'm biased...I also have my septum pierced, but it's not a little short ring like that. I have the upside down U with spikey things on the ends.

I used to go out with a girl with the back of her neck pierced with two studs that looked kind of cool (some latin phrase tattooed with green and purple centered between), but the studs migrated. A few girls can pull off having a stud between the lower lip and chin, but it's a little much.
