Would you pay return postage costs if it meant no throttling ever? I'm not sure, but it would cost me about 12 bucks a month at regular postal rates. You have to figure Netflix is only paying a small fraction of that, but apply that cost across their entire user base. I can see why they'd be concerned, but they should have gamed all that out when they defined their business plan.

Wow, that's a pretty cool deal. I may look into that in the future. If I can burn 'em to a CD to listen to in the car, I'm golden. :icon14:

I don't think I would. I would just sign up for the blockbuster in-store pass for that price.

Sounds ok, but I prefer to send my money to Russia.

I might try that emusic thing though because I don't feel like 'borrowing' Luigi Boccherini from the University music library :paranoid:

I feel ethically satisfied using a legit service where a percentage of the money goes to the artist.

lol.. fuck that noise. I use whatever gets me what I want, and allofmp3 is legit (for now). Once someone gets the balls to break the RIAA's cycle of lawsuits, the world will be safe for democracy.. or sommat. Until then, I send my money to Russia. At least the RIAA ain't getting my money either. Anyone who thinks allofmp3 isn't legit is a product of the Cold War fears of Communism :smirk:

I feel ethically satisfied that I am not giving my money to mother Russia. She has been a cold, brutal mother. As the Russian proverb states, "Don’t spit in the well; later, you’ll want to drink."
