i'd like to move to south america one day, but it's a little too close to the states for comfort and having spooks wandering around everywhere doesn't make anywhere very white-friendly either :(

If I had to move, I would pick Barcelona in Spain.....beautiful city, great architecture (Gaudi!), great art and culture, good food, nice weather.

Hmm...or maybe southern France, close to the Riviera and and the Alpes. You can say anything about the French, but the have the best food and the language is so fucking horny if a girl is whispering french words in your ear.

Funny how you made this thread because a friend an I are thinking about moving to america after we graduate :paranoid:.

Its too early to say yet but we're looking into it.

Saying that though, i'd love to spend some time in Japan.

How well would a degree in the US transfer to Canada? There was a lady at work who said her degree in India was nothing like what we have in the US and she had to retake all the classes.

If you pussy-out now, there's no place for you back here when the citizens overthrow the government after World War III. Stay and fight, or leave forever.

What are you doing to 'fight' rep? you complacent jacknuts

Bitwise, a degree from the U.S. should be completely transferable as long as it comes from a reputable school.

There are so many things about this country that make me want to puke, 50 Cent's success for example, and Wal-Mart. Then there's NASCAR. I won't even get into the Orwellian turn our government's taken lately, or the fact that pretty much every foreign policy decision made in this country has been to further corporate interests. What's really starting to get to me is our shit education system, both primary/secondary and the universities.
The thing that I hate the most is feeling disenfranchised, and utterly powerless to fix anything, as the system is inherently flawed.
If things keep going the way they are, I won't allow my daughter to grow up in this dump.
But I like 50 cent.

I'm not sure you can call it a stereotype when it's somebody who's listened to your life story for 3 years.
