wellll, what if you put an anchor under your bumper, if you slam on the breaks to hard, the front of the car will drop and plunge the anchor into the tarmac....
great idea me thinks, or not, but an idea none the less

And when the bumper "anchors" into the roadway, it rips off and you crash into a million pieces... or am I missing something?

its an invention for people i dont like
also it will give you a good indication if your speading through residential areas
if you die, your speeding
or likewise if your on a motorway, if the person in front of you is going to slow, slam on the brakes and give him +1 tonne on top of his head
