I thought Sunshine was fun as hell to play through.

Oh I dunno, I've never played Mario64 so I can’t compare, I’ve played both Metriods right up until the last guy and then quit, both were ridiculously hard. I had a blast up until then, it just wasn’t worth spending the time to defeat him.
I enjoyed the whole atmosphere of Mario Sunshine; you could play it however you wanted. When I first got it, I beat it in two days. You don’t even have to complete every level in order to defeat bowser. But then I started again, this time with a game guide, it took me over a month to beat every level and collect every shine sprite and blue coin, some of the levels were extremely challenging.
It took me forever to get Yoshi out on the little island with the pipe in delfino plaza. Did anyone else do that? You had to hop from boat to boat, and once you got into the board from the pipe it was next to impossible to ride that leaf and collect all the coins. On that board. And those secret levels in the caves, with the sand blocks and rotating wood blocks? Those were great.
I would rank sunshine as one of the best experiences I’ve had on the gamecube. Not everything has to be blood and guts. It was a 'great' game.
I played it in the store when it first came out and I honestly thought it was shit. I ended up renting it for shits and giggles one time, I figured my wife woudl like it. I played it a bit, and then eventually went and bought it. By then it was only $20 used.

:icon20: Holy shit, that's even more systems that I was expecting them to offer online. I was considering a 360 but forget it, the Revolution sounds like way more nostalgic fun. nobody said it has to be. my biggest gripe was the fucking camera. a problem most 3rd person games have. lock the camera behind the player dmamit, i have no use looking at this guys moustache whilst im trying to make a jump for the 24th timeshaft wrote:

I never had problems with the camera, it was a great tool to look about, and size up the obstacle.
