what exactly do you mean by java/flash?

civ4 can be played online in a number of different modes.

not sure what the 'online' play you are getting at is different than that...

he means to play the game withuot having it installed, like that DHTML Lemmings or Java SimCity

get rid of excess units, they only cost money anyways

at least thats what i do. im also not a warmonger so ..

turning on fast animations also helps btw
