Powerballs are 20p up town but made out of rubber, i take it these are not the same

rofl no you don't do any of those, Odium. Basically you start the gyro inside spinning (with string attached or your fingers) then you use your wrist to rotate your arm in the opposite way to the inside spinning thing; therefore you create a very powerful gyro.

It puts lots of presssure on your muscles inside your arm, which is good for them.

At first you see the yellow thing inside which spins one way; you then see I spin my hand the other way to increase the RPM; I guess that was doing around 6,000 in the last few seconds. I was trying to hold my hand still but the sheer force of the gyro means it's almost impossible.

Its for idiots. Imagine paying out for a glorified step monitor which you can get for free.

Alright, so when the guy came to deliver it yesterday I told him I changed my mind and I wanted the pro model. So I got the pro model today \o/

Holy shit, its a mad workout for wrists. Its quite hard to do well also, need practice. Got 8.6k on my third try, now cant do more than 6k but maybe I'm just tired.

Do you find your fingers almost end up in the yellow spinning thing when you get to high RPMs? I burned the end of my finger once (friction burn) :E

Someone please explain...what exactly do you do with them?

Its a pocket gyroscope machine. You spin it with a rope and then rotate your wrist in order for the wheel inside the ball to spin faster and faster. The faster it spins the more force it applies on your wrist.

Got it up to 11393 a few days ago.

A month or 2 ago my freind messed up the nerve in his right forearm somehow, and he is just now starting to move his fingers again...he cant lift his hand up at the wrist though, and can barely use his thumb. It's getting better with time.

I told him he is going to use the powerball everyday for maybe 3 weeks or so to see how fast he gets his mobility back. I'm curious to see what will happen
