I would agree with GH.
Eminem definitely has talent, he’s lyrics are very well written, he revolutionized mainstream rap. Genius comes in many forms.

Eh, I wouldn't say that his music is obviously good. One, he's a rapper. He can make things rhyme to a looping track, a record player, player is spinning in the background.
One thing that is obvious about is music, are the lyrics. All it seems he has in him, is the ability to tease people, and whine about how people hate him in his lyrics. Some of his stuff is pretty funny, but it becomes pretty redundant throughout his albums. So even at his best all he is, is a joke.
EDIT: Thats just my 2 cents about him, you can like him all you want.

Never said I liked his music, his lyrics are exceptional.

Or check out cLOUDDEAD. Lots of ambient tracks layered over some nice beats. Good music to chill too.

Hell, one could argue he's only famous because he's a bit of a freakshow.
