If you're going to be drinking all night long, then drink beer. Drinking liquor for hours on end is just asking for a massive hangover.
You haven't had nearly enough water though. The sprite and OJ aren't doing anything to hydrate you - sprite will dehydrate you more. Take some tylenol, chug glasses of water throughout the day, and eat something hearty as soon as you get a chance.
Also, if you can stomach it, get outside and exert yourself. I don't know why, but if I get outside and work for a while or something it helps immensely afterwards. Of course it's miserable, but I guess it just helps you sweat everything out.
You should have been drinking lots of water Friday night too. If you have to drink liquor, you should at least have a glass of water with every 2 drinks to stay hydrated.
In other words, you were just asking for it from the beginning.
