lol...what's the deal with that "levee" system anyway?
somebody must've forgot to tell 'em to build a levee higher than 2 feet to be really effective...I mean, come on :icon27:
..and now they want to drop sandbags to stop the flooding but here's the deal, it's too windy to fly helicopters!!!!
