That's just a "Pro-Life" organization's propaganda.
That isn't actually performed - at least not here - unless maybe in some illegal underground places.

belive me, Soldier and st00pid and two words that are synonomous with each other and can quite easily be integrated as well. But I would never ever, picture a dead or dieing soldier on an internet chat board to get attention nor would I ever belittle those that have died to protect and serve.
