Its actualy easier then you think dude.

Wrap up the things in your life that your mind is occupied on calculationg and turn off the TV and PC and go exsercise.

Its a guarrante that you will fall back into a good sleeping pattern.

Valarien root helps too. Less stimulants too, im guessing you like coffee and red bull and shit.

Ride the bike in the day and sleep in the night like you ment too :dork:
Physical exersion makes you tired (wanking doesnt count)
Just a susgestion thats helped me as i have had problems
sleeping for years. I find that a good days exercise really
takes it outta me. As does a day at the beech because of
the fresh air and what not. :shrug:

It was only a thought that was ment to help :)

I once made a thread about how long I could stay awake and posted on it for 57 hours I beleive here at q3w. :p Fun times.
