Once again, agreed entirely. Ot doesn't match Quake 3 for speed and in some ways skill (strafe jumping etc) but it does have the tactical side which is brilliant. Quake 3 is a brutal rock band whose songs are simple but brilliant where as Overwatch is an orchestra who play a beautiful symphony full of layers and depth.
It is easily now in my top 10 favourite games of all time...probably heading towards top 5.
Did you ever get a chance to play Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory? Overwatch looks like ET, except really simple. Can't imagine an ET map like Axis Lab taking place in Overwatch.

Tried some quake live recently and I suck ass I couldn't get into it.. But I've been playing a decent amount of the new Doom online that game kicks ass
Got a new comp last year so should be ready for quake champions

lol you can't sign up unless you signup for their commercial newsletter. actually against the law in the EU, tho I doubt they care.
On topic, I'm guessing the beta is Win only ie no Mac version?

Weapons seem effective, but not a fan of the models from a visual standpoint. Instead of a clean looking profile, they look overly complicated and impractical, perhaps hard to visually identify from a distance.
