Going to be fun.

What will you be doing? <3
As with any small business is all about sales, in this case industrial size solvent and UV printers, software workflow and finishing kit. I'm going in as a consultant until the dust settles then I'll start taking shares.

I can basically make my own title. I'm thinking something like 'supreme commander', something subtle.

Perhaps something German sounding, like 'Oberdruckermeister' or 'Geschaftsfuhrer'.

No worries bro. It's a nerd pile-on.

I got crushed on the flat bench today. I tried for 315lbs and had to be saved by my spotter.

BLNT.

I haven't heard the term slacks in such a long long time

Re: What is new in your little world?

Today I went shopping for a replacement vacuum cleaner for my old Dyson. Some days ago it died in a massive cloud of smoke (no flames) in the basement car-park. There was so much and thick smoke I could barely see the car  but then it triggered the building complex fire alarm so I then waited patiently out on the footpath for the Fire Brigade to appear :o

I bought a cheap model vacuum, a Volta if for the name only as this will stay down in the basement car-park and be only used for the car.

I also bought a little compact camera Nikon S7000 for my other half as the old Olympus (FE-310) was getting to be a bit of a pain (battery connector problems). Seem I was always buying AA batteries as the camera reported them low/dead but they weren't :smirk: FYI, I have added the link here for the 'fix' I found but like I said it was getting to be a real pain.

And lastly, I finally bought a paper shredder for all my personal documents and postal mail :paranoid: I have never had one as I've had access to one of those large commercial/business secure document destruction bin services you've not doubt seen/used; that access is now proving to be a pain to use..

Less pain in life is

Nice, sounds like a pretty good opportunity. I'm currently working within a small company (around 16 people). We're part of a much bigger group where they poached me from but try and remain separate where possible. It definitely has its pros and cons working in small teams.

I went put to a Sunday lunch with some workmates from years ago and enjoyed a few beers and a lovely steak meal.

Question: How much to yo pay for a great steak meal?
I paid $39 (AUD) and that currently converts to $29 (USD).

The beers were $5.40 ($4 USD). I drank schooners and that's a 450ml (15 oz) glass.

I paid $16.85 for a double Jack and Diet last night. It was more than the shrimp and pasta alfredo. I thought that was kind of amusing.

Here's a cut 'n paste of the menu of my steak choice.
RUM MARINADE BLACK ANGUS PORTERHOUSE - Graziers Beef
Marinated for 24 hours in our secret Bundaberg Rum marinade. The Angus bred cut delivers a smooth, close grained texture
providing tenderness and flavour and enhancing its ageing. Topped with Caribbean Rum sauce. Recommended cooked no
more than medium. "BUNDY BEEF" $39
and 'Bundaberg' is the brand of a great rum :) and the name of a township/city.

Went climbing at Lion's Head next to the turquoise blue waters of Georgian Bay (see Goof, this is what a real lake looks like). Woke up at 3 am, started driving at 4, arrived by 7:30, 45 minute hike to the edge of the cliff, spend the day climbing, left at 8 pm, got home by midnight. 20 hour day, totally worth it!

Climbing here requires a lot of technical knowledge so it's definitely more advanced. We started at the top, had to build natural anchors off trees or sling rocks, had to rappel down over the edge, belay while hanging 30 metres from the ground, climb back up. Perfect weather.
