shaft finally posted a recent pic of himself, but then deleted it. I don't understand why. Luckily it was in my cache.

He's actually pretty jacked.

Right homos....I was never intending to post these as they were for me to work on tekkers, but here is me doing a 70kg (154lbs) clean and failing at 80kg (176kg)... *awaits mass abuse for not being able to lift heavy shit etc*
70kg
80kg
I will get 80kg by the end of the week, I know I need to drop into it a little and it's mine.

Re: Well hell may be freezing over (workout)
You're kind of doing a hang-clean. You aren't getting under the bar at all- it's all in your upper back and traps. The fact that you're bending your knees fwd instead of catching it low like a squat says that you're trying to get under it too early. Practice with lighter weight, switching to the front-squat bar-grip position from the pull, and using your hips to bounce the weight up.Don Carlos wrote:Fixedfeedback wrote:videos private

I don't really have much confidence in getting under the bar to be honest and I have no idea why. Cheers for the tips, I'll record my effort tomorrow whilst trying to incorporate your tips.feedback wrote:You're kind of doing a hang-clean.
