Right now I have my desktop in the dining room, with no net connection, so I can watch NCAA bball while gaming. And I rarely do much mp in any game until I've finished the sp game....
But I will, eventually, get to it.

Reef, you was right...
BIA, while cartoony and hard to look at sometines because of the bloom, is fucking amazing... Its a great game to play and NOTHING like CoD. Loving the way everything works ATM.
I think some things could of been different, and some things are a bit lacking, like ambient sounds and more of an in your face type play, but damn its still good. Took me a while to get used to real life style gameplay over holywood style "IMA GONNA BES INVINCIBLE" gameplay, but heck, its worth it.
My biggest request is that 2D elements such as the HUD and the menu scaled with resolution. I'm playing at 1280x1024 and the crosshair is fucking huge

It's not bad at all, I like how it's different. Lacks some detail and is not on par with graphics with todays tech but still a great game.

I tried a bit of MP the other night. After a while, my mouse stopped working and I couldn't turn. Nothing like that in SP, have you had it happen to you?
I'm rather busy with school atm, and I want to finish the SP before jumping into MP. I hate seeing all the maps online before I get to them in-game.

Never happend to me with the mouse...and you wont see any sp maps in mp, they are all custom made for mp... so no spoilers online. :icon31:

That pretty much sums up my opinion.
I was impressed at first, but quickly became less and less.
The first and last ww2 shooter I'll ever own.
I agree with their comment about the sound options. One fucking adjustment for master volume? No 5.1, no nothing...fuck, why bother with a volume contol then...I can just use the knob on my speakers and headphones.
I am currently on the 'take back the farm' mission, after getting the farm back you get mortared up the ass and have to deal with the tank and whatnot. More suppression and flanking. Yay.
For some reason, maybe a masochistic one, I feel compelled to at least finish this barely mediocre game....but don't know that I will, playing it feels more like a chore than anything else, so I only can handle about 30 mins at a time.
I'm just starting to play Hot SHots Fore! on the PS2. Now there is a fun game.
No more fucking flankin.
