I'm trying a ketogenic diet at the moment. Lost about 12lbs in a month and a bit without trying (currently 170, aiming for bang middle of my bmi at 155). There's something to be said about cutting out carbs and sugar. I feel fucking amazing. I miss bread but having not felt this good since being a kid it's going to be more of a lifestyle change than a fad diet for me i think. I was totally sceptical to start with and only did it because i wanted to keep the gf happy and diet with her to make shopping easier. I'm totally converted.

My mate hit that diet (I think) around the same time I was pinching rolls, I think he managed to shift over a stone n half in just a month or so. He's still on it and won't stop moaning about chicken and fish.

Me, I ticked another off my bucket list today and ascended a local mountain. I've been driving past on the highway for years but never stopped. Today I made that special trip, stopped and walked up, not like our resident climber(s) on ropes. So many steps and a bit dusty. The summit is only 208m but I was near dripping wet with sweat on return.

The scenery wasn't too bad in spots either

I know exactly what is being attempted with this type of marketing and how it is supposed to work. (Though I've never searched anime or anime porn.) If you've logged into your "postimg.org" account from both PCs you probably won't see the advertisements. But when I click on your hosted images to see them larger and scroll down I also see four smaller images of different anime characters in provocative poses. Those images also have embedded links.

Maybe if you clear your browsing history you can see what I'm talking about. Though you may not see the same adverts.
