Not that it matters anyway, if the US really wanted him all they'd have to do is file for extradition to the UK, when he gets arrested for breaching bail and with our extradition treaty with the US it'll be a dead cert.

yes but would replacing those electors with people who are qualified actually change the electoral college result? probably not, since their replacements would vote the same way as the people they replaced unless they become faithless electors
i think some people have become so blinded by their (entirely justified) hatred of Drumpf that they'll clutch at any straw to prevent him getting to the white house
