From watching every made episode on Worlds Wildest Police Chases and Cops I've seen some intense shit. Not assuming this goes on every minute of every day, but there is always a chance this could happen. Watching a female officer get her face beat in for stopping someone for speeding. Watching a cop get pepper sprayed by a woman acting similar to this idiot in the video. A whole pile of dumb shit people do


Role reversal -- the chances of being shot as a cop are much greater than winning the lottery, yet every day we all wish we could win, as all cops wish they can go home to their family.

How hard would it have been for that woman to aknowledge the cop or even say please give me one minute to finish my conversation. She was clearly ignoring them and had no respect for athority, so her intentions were clear, she wasn't going to cooperate and that was that.

it was a "counter troll" in realtion to his odds of 99.9999999% of the time nothing will happen so they should be all warm and fuzzy to everyone. Even though there is a very high probability that you will not get shot, how would you feel having the trigger pulled every morning, how would you durring the time leading up to that moment. etc..

i cant STAND that show, i remember watching an ep when some dude run and the cop chasing him tripped over the fence he was jumping which cut his leg

when the camera guys finally caught up there was 5 cops holding the dude on the ground which was obviously in pain and then the cop which caught his leg on the fence was saying that the dude he was chasing done it

Yeah this place is pretty fucked up, where some countries have so little violent crime it's amazing. What sucks is having your wife work in a really bad area, compound that with having her work late and leave the building alone after 10PM. It gives you a feeling of helplessness knowing that if something happens you are 40 minutes away and can't do a fucking thing about it.

I would love to wake up every day knowing that the worst thing that could happen to me is my allergies acting up because of all the pretty flowers, but I know that's not going to happen here.

Hey dipshit, scroll up and watch the video, the entire video. The first officer tried to remove her from the car and she jerked away leaning further into the car. At that point the second officer tried to take the cell phone and she took a swing at him.

I don't think they had got to the stage where using the taser was necessary.

Certainly they shouldn't have used it twice.

That's not what I did. I said "As I understand it" meaning that I have a general impression from things I've heard or read, rather than a firm grasp or reference to reliable sources. I was open to people correcting me if they provided evidence to back it up. You haven't.

I don't see where you said enything about pacemakers before, you claim there are no residual effects but you don't even attempt to back this up. I don't know much about the risks of tasers but I am aware that it is an issue, and you're claiming it doesn't exist.

Again, as I undertand it, tasers can be set to deliver different strengths of shock. For example, one article I read when tasers were beginning to be introduced in law enforcement described how the tasers were being demonstrated to memebers of the press and so on, but at a vastly reduced strenth to what the officers would normally use.

So the fact that you were fine with your taser experience proves nothing.
