The French are still a target of the groups, the attackers have not been caught. The point I was getting it is even though the reasoning behind the attacks were similiar the wider picture is very different. In Norway it was a tragedy and was a time for mourning, the events in Paris occurred after repeated threats that are still continuing.

You think Britain felt safe when they caught 1 bomber of the IRA ?. Whenever there is a tragedy that is likely to re occur, airplane disasters, malpractice etc, there will be calls for change, pissed off people and calls for action.

Cos I did, there was an inquiry, it was seen as the governments fault and people lost their jobs after a shake up of the current system. It was not an accepted tragedy with only 1 person to blame who is now serving his sentence. Justice = served.
