dude whoa, as far as i know "flavoring" doen fly over there Netherlands.
i'm pretty sure only top quality cocoa only .
thats the good stuff and not cheap.

Hagelslag (Chocolate Hail)
Hagelslag is typical Dutch.
In the rest of the world it is only eaten by Dutch immigrants or used as cake decoration.
Dutch people eat about 14 million kilo 'hagelslag' per year on about 850 million slices of bread.
Weird though,
Looks more like a dessert for me.
