heh.. yeah, wrong team. I was focusing on the girl who's eating court but she disappeared and the AF caught #15 insteard. It just hadn't quite focused there when I took the photo so it's not really focused anywhere.

Nice light on both photos, Saturn. I think I should get some fall colours before they disappear soon.

Lights in the distance are squid boats. In between the rocks is a lighthouse.

thoose boats emit alot of light, looks interesting.. i tried similar photos once but there was not enough light even with exposures over 30secs to get anything dezent into the image.. i like how waves become looking like fog :)

Have you tried exposing for 5-10 minutes, maybe an hour? Digital would be horrible for this though, too much noise from long exposure.

well my toy of choice is a 30d, so digital, but the longest exposure was roughly 2 minutes. holding down the shutter button for 10-15 minutes (not even considering hours) sound like a torture to me..

Remote controls have a lockable button... you can get an off-brand one on ebay for $10 or whatever. I got one, works fine.

Nothing I can do about the damned reflection from the windows. Pictures don’t do this image justice.
