those are the 5% that have no clue. who the heck would want an HP branded Ipod?
Actually, we did. There's really no reason not to. It still has the Apple logo when it boots up and everything. I think the only difference is the packaging.

The reason we did, is because due to where my girlfriend worked at the time, she got a nice discount since they sold HP merchendise.

if the price is the same, i think it would be up between apple customer service vs. hp's customer service. i hear apples service is pretty bad...

Lol. I don't have any of those because I don't want or need them. I don't have the need to listen music every where I go.

well, they are nice when you have most of your cd collection on there and hook it up to your home stereo, or to someone else's when you're visiting.

I'm sure they are quite handy and all. It's just that I personally have no use for one. I don't even use my home stereo. The only time I listen to music is when I'm right here at my desk.

I think KIR took me a bit too seriously on all that last night. :icon19:

if your ipod accessory is using the line out and not the headphone jack, yes.

alright, sweet. I would have thought picking one up off eBay could be dodgy, since apparently the batteries don't have much of a lifespan (i've heard they can die after 2-3 years) -- second hand iPods would have been worn down and even 'as-new' or 'packaged' could have been tampered with.

I suppose second-hand off eBay is good... if that's all you can afford. I'll probably buy a new one though. Thanks :)

Jeez, I know what one is. I've seen what they look like. I've never gone and looked at one in person because I don't want one. I guess I'll have to explain everything in complete detail to you like people do with 3 year olds.
