I am able to change ISP but silly me, I changed my email address when I retired (and changed ISP/address) so it is a pain to change but I am considering and only because of their Customer Service failures every time I deal with them![]()
I discovered recently my old employer, the large Australian telecom/ISP gives a discount to (ex) staffso I will be going back. I just have to plan my exit.:

Protip: never use your ISP's email address, always use Gmail or hotmail or something so you can switch to a new ISP without the hassle of moving all your accounts over.
