Damn rook, that is the pits.. through it dosent look as bad as it could with that kind of attack...
i would hate seeing that everyday aswell, a friends Dober gets the same style Jugements that Rotty's do, he had to get some Surgery on his stomach and everyone automatically thaught that he got in a fight with another dog.
Stupid.

I intentionally posted the best looking pic I had instead of the worse looking ones. But yea, it could have been a whole lot worse.AmIdYfReAk wrote:Damn rook, that is the pits.. through it dosent look as bad as it could with that kind of attack...

My dog also has had a mild congenital heart problem ever since he was a puppy, so putting him under anesthesia was a risk. That tore me up too, and he hasn't been himself since he got home Sunday, which is killing me. I know a lot of it is stress, trauma and the anesthesia and medicine, but until he's back to his old, happy playful self again I'm going to have a hard time not worrying and being stressed.
I'm sure he will be in a couple of weeks.

Yea, I still think the best way to handle this is to hold owners responsible for their dogs' actions.Nightshade wrote:What a crock of shit.HM-PuFFNSTuFF wrote:the To in his post meant Toronto. You're never going to completely prevent this kind of thing. But if you hold enough owners responsible, then the next "popular tough dog" will be owned by less or fewer irresponsible people.
Remember, if past trends are any indication, there will be a different popular "tough dog" in a few years, and the pit bans will be mostly useless at that point. And no progress will have been made - at the most it will produce some temporary relief.

This is what I'm saying. Nail the dickheads that do this shit to the wall. None of this pussy-ass, liberal, statist "let the government handle it" shit.R00k wrote:Yea, I still think the best way to handle this is to hold owners responsible for their dogs' actions.Nightshade wrote:What a crock of shit.HM-PuFFNSTuFF wrote: the To in his post meant Toronto.
