I hope not. I want them to do a proper English voiceover for the NA release (a la MGS). I guess I'm impartial to subs. For me, it's hard to watch and read at the same time. What I usually do is I'd turn on the subs the first time I watch it just so that I don't miss anything, then when I watch it the 2nd time (if the movie is any good :p), I'd turn the subs off and just concentrate on watching the scenes.

I highly recommend it. Here's the link: http://www.avenuepotter.com/~elrika/Let ... e-NetQ.wmv (~41MB)

Gotta go listen to the FF7 OST now. Ciao :)
Meh, the song was great and fitting, but it was just a bunch of clips cut together.
Yes, but the editing is pretty good :icon32:

1UP has put up a review of this movie. They gave it 8.5/10 :)

BTW, I got a question. From what I remember, Zack and Cloud were buddies when they were in SOLDIER, and Zack was Aeris' boyfriend. So shouldn't Aeris and Cloud have met each other already way before Cloud came crashing down on top of her in the Church?

MKJ wrote:i used watch pretty much every movie with english subs, as long as the subs are exactly what the people are saying (extended fun for movies as O Brother).
the missus doesnt like this though so now i only turn on subs when im watching alone :(
That's because english subtitles are often exactly what they're saying, while Dutch subs (even of Dutch programmes) are completely different from what they're really saying.

I enjoyed the part when everyone was boosting Cloud upward toward Bahamut.

Yea, that was pretty cool. Unfortunately the result was a bit anticlimactic. :(
