Inspired by CrinklyArse MMMMMMMMMM thread
What Is the weirdest or wildest or even ‘’innovative’’ type of food you ever tried and do you like it?
For me it is ‘’Jaw’’ a shark steak that had the skin as thick as leather and sword-fish, both super good. As for ‘’innovative’’ well, I don’t know if you ever seen this before but I like to experience with food so. I like to fry a hamburger steak with a whole in the middle, shaped as a big flat doughnut and then when almost all cooked I put an egg or two in the whole. Super
I moved it from QwFix

I googled it because I never heard of it before. It seems that all the recipes ask for cooking it while still alive. What does it taste like?

stingray fins, probably
whitebait fritters come a close second, only because you eat them whole with the little lifeless eyes staring up at you

shark fin soup. doesn't really have taste. it's boiled until the cartilige seperates and is really fine, like thin, almost clear noodles.
had this in the Bay Area.

I'm allergic to those but it doesn't really bother me since they are as chewy as rubber. Do you like?

I had a grilled fumunda cheese sandwich once. It tasted much worse that I thought it would.
