yeah, "facts". maybe you need to listen through a proper system before you spout. with computer speakers, sure, you're not likely to hear differences, but not everyone's main listen position is their computer chair.

I sometimes wonder if it's all worth it though. The better the setup, the more you notice imperfections making you want higher quality recordings or hardware...

on the flip side, i don't listen to .flac or .wav when i'm mobile, that's just silly, but you're not in an environment where you need to worry about such quality and nuances.
