An E3 video with Dane Cook

Post by DRuM »

Some comic I never heard of who's running around E3 about a year ago with a microphone. This clip was pointed out to me simply because a drummer who runs a drum forum I go to also works for activision. He's the guy who says 'it's not a toy' near the end of the clip. Anyway, it's the G4 clip under videos.

You've never heard of Dane Cook? You need to stop living inside your drum set.

I'd never heard of him either (because I don't watch TV) until I was looking for a new comedian on CD to listen to. Someone suggested him to me, and I wish I could find that someone again so I could kill them.

Dane Cook is the most boring, cliched motherfucker I've ever had the displeasure of listening to.

Yeah, you're so right. Richard Pryor, Bill Hicks, Lenny Bruce, Mitch Hedberg, George Carlin, Eddie Murphy, David Cross, Dennis Leary, Jerry Seinfeld, Dennis Miller, all those guys are from...

HEY WAIT, THEY'RE NOT FROM THE UK AT ALL, NOW ARE THEY?

Dan Cook loses a lot if you aren't watching him....I'd never buy a CD of him, but live or on TV he's pretty good. I liked some of his older shit, but some of his recent bits I've seen on Comedy Central were just average.
