Monitor opinons
Planning on getting this one:
http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/Prod ... sting.aspx
It's a 12ms response time, and from the other places I've checked, it looks to be a pretty good deal.
Thoughts?

One of my IT nerds has a 16ms Dell LCD that he ran the BF2 demo on. He said he was quite happy with it.Pooinyourmouth wrote:I don't like the 16ms. I had a viewsonic @16ms for a couple days and returned it. If it's not for gaming then it's probably perfect.
I ended up getting a CRT after trying a few LCD's out. Had to order it online because no one sells CRT's local anymore.

The only issue with the E193s is you will notice when running resolutions in games other than 1024x768 it looks like complete ass there is also ghosting with this monitor in high action.Nightshade wrote:One of my IT nerds has a 16ms Dell LCD that he ran the BF2 demo on. I'm right here, mjrpes.
I just don't have the cash for it.
I was planning on selling some stuff (extra PSU, XBox, PS2 and games) for my computer upgrade but I'm almost thinking I should buy that monitor now and get the computer upgrade later.
Although...my computer wont be enough to play any games at it's native resolution.

Sorry you know I am Dell's bitch sorry I didn't see it earlier, if you want it you can usually call dell and swap the order, with a little sweet talk you can also get them to apply the web only discounts
