Remote IP checker?

Is there a tool i can put on a PC that will allow me to remotly check its ip.

Im studying for my MCSA and my IP changes almost daily, so remotely loging into my servers is getting to be a pain. I mean i can look it up through company tools, but its just a pain, im looking for a quicker easier method.

I need to check my home ip from a remote location with no access to the PC. That will only let me check the IP from the PC im on.
