Constitutions aren't the problem. The problem starts when people don't allow the document to evolve with time and take the words literally.

i cant vote ( ) but i'd vote no. for multiple reasons, but if i didnt have any other itd be cause the politicians are so determined to get everyone to vote yes that something must be wrong somewhere

Yeah, I've discussed this with a few friends of mine and everybody seemed to have picked up something about the constitution that's clearly not true.

I've read a bit about it a few months ago and decided that it was in the best of Europe. I already love how I can drive to French and Spain in a few hours without showing my passport and how our academic hospital (especially the anesthesiology department) is filled with great doctors from out the whole EU.

if you have followed the discussions you'd know that a lot of politicians are against the constitution. I know your comment's supposed to be humerous, but voting against cause someone says you need to vote yes sounds like a puberty thing.

but i got a ton of other reasons though, most of them pointing (again) at our socialistic and perhaps too tolerant culture
