All of you heathens
And unbelievers
I won't even give you
A chance to fight
I've got my men out there
Waiting and stationed
Ready to strike
When the time is right...

Buying an Urus is like buying an Alienware PC to surf facebook. Aside from the absurd maintenance costs it's probably marginally better than a regular SUV at doing SUV things. It's definitely not comparable in performance to the sports cars they make and it's not particularly nice looking or capable off road. It's literally the worst aspect of all the things it's trying to be. If I'm going to shop for a luxury SUV I'd go with a range rover or possibly a Jeep if I'm interested in off-roading it. Even a G-Wagon would make a better choice, isn't the 6x6 around that price range? At least that has amazing off road capabilities along with a luxurious interior and it stands out in a good way. I guess money doesn't buy taste or good sense. Like who would give their daughter a car with 365HP as a new driver? That's just irresponsible. Frankly, licenses for cars should work like motorbikes, young drivers should be made to drive low HP cars for a set amount of time before being given the reins to vehicles producing more than 200HP.

I think the main thing is that when you are looking at 200HP+ cars, you're looking at cars in a price category that generally isn't affordable for most starting drivers. So there's not many young, inexperienced drivers on the road with powerful cars like that.
With bikes it's different. Splash down a couple of grand and you've got yourself a relatively new, second hand YZF-R1 with 190HP (on a 200kg bike, mind). Even a new R1 costs you about 10 grand, which won't buy you a lot of car.

Also, I think the "horsepower vs dangerousness" graph for a bike is way steeper than that of a car.

That might have been the case back in the day when a 300+ HP car was a ferrari or a lamborghini but today HP is getting cheap. Kia Stinger, 370Z are fairly affordable cars with decent HP numbers that can get you into trouble fairly quick for new drivers.

lol yeah... I think my bike makes more HP. That said, I've unintentionally drifted my 370Z one day on a highway on-ramp and it certainly was an eye opener. Beyond that those cars accelerate so quick it's easy to be going too fast too quickly without being properly ready to stop. I've done my fair share of stupid things behind the wheel of a car but I'm happy I was never given a powerful vehicle in my youth, I'd probably be dead.
