Anyone in Czech Republic having troubles with Google? Can't access. http://www.google.cz/

Seems to be down.

It works on Tor, but not for Czech IP addresses...

Try changing your DNS to decent ones first:

8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 - Google or
208.67.222.222/208.67.220.220 - OpenDNS

Use one of each for the best of both
