I have 64 bit vers. too, but what is Eyefinity? Do I need it to run Q3?

I just installed Windows 7 on my machine, flew my Q3 files over from my Ext. HD and Q3 won't run. Started thinkin; is Q3 and Windows 7 compatible? Anybody had any issues with this? Thanks.
